Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially when you’re used to handling everything on your own. My goal is to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are - overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, uncertain, healing, or simply tired of carrying so much by yourself. Life experiences can profoundly shape the way we perceive ourselves, navigate relationships, and manage emotions. Sometimes those experiences leave us feeling stuck in survival mode - overwhelmed, disconnected, anxious, emotionally exhausted, or constantly carrying the weight of things we’ve never fully had space to process.
I work with adults and teens navigating anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, self-esteem issues, addictions, and the pressure of trying to “keep it all together.” Together, we’ll explore the patterns, experiences, and beliefs that may be keeping you stuck while building practical tools that support real change in your daily life.
